Michelle Rutherford

Michelle is Director of Nursing Education at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and has been a Registered Nurse for 27 years. She holds a Master of Nursing (Neuroscience) and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is an honorary Adjunct Associate Professor with three University partners in Victoria. The last 14 years she has held educational leadership positions and has a strong passion for workforce pipeline development, education, and nursing professional leadership.  Michelle proudly has 4 children between 10 and 22 years, and two dogs to keep her busy.
