Annual report 2025
Highlights:
- Completed the Strategic Directions 2024-2026.
- Reviewed and amended the Constitution.
- Strengthened our clinical governance – reviewed and amended the Intake processes, changes to the service model and increased support for staff.
- Introduced an immediate intervention model to recognise that participants could be assisted by having a clinician as the first point of contact .
Annual report 2024
Highlights:
- Supported 476 new participants. Almost all remained in or returned to the workforce, and experienced an improvement in their psychological wellbeing.
- Developed our first Reconciliation Action Plan.

Highlights:
- Supported almost 500 nurses and midwives used our service
- delivered a health and wellbeing series to support graduates entering the workforce at a major health network
- re-established the peer support recovery group.
- delivered a successful 7th Nurse and Midwife Wellness conference
